2022 Updates – What are we planning to do this year?


So, We have entered 2022! First of all, Happy New year to you all! We have some big plans for this year with not only the app but also the website and blog. So we thought the first blog back in 2022 should be all about our plans and what to expect over the next 12 months. We have loads planned and loads already in the works but we are going to run through a few things that we are excited about and can’t wait to launch and update. So let us start with the main one and also the one we are most excited about. The MSA (Membership Area).


The Membership Area was new to the app last year and has been a welcomed addition, with loads of new features and workouts at your fingertips. However, we still think it could contain more, so we plan to improve it even further by not just updating old features but adding new features entirely. We have some more tools and even workouts that we want to bring to the app which will be coming over the coming months. Some of which include a hared blog with you and your Coach, Friends, Workout pal, anyone you want to. We also have plans to include a photo diary so you can keep track of your body using a more visual approach. 


The photos and animations are starting to look a bit dated so we think it is time we update all the images and photos on the app to give them a fresh new look and also allow more details and diagrams within the photos. Including highlighted areas being targeted, and exercise information within the image itself. This is a big update and will take a few updates to roll out, however, changes will hugely improve the apps look and functionality. 


Not everyone pays for the Membership Area, people still love the free area, even those who do pay for the membership still use all the features of the free area so we haven’t forgotten about it. We have new features in the works and also updates coming to the current features. We have always said we aim to help people with their fitness, Which for most will be using the free area, so we will continue to update and cater for this side of the application. 


This will be our next big release. We will be releasing a pack of workout plans, Telling you the Reps, Sets and exercises you can do to build muscle and strength. We will be creating several packs for various days so you will be able to find the Workout plan that suits you. Of course, this will be included in the Membership Area so anyone that has signed up will have full access to it. Pick your plan and work your way through it.

These will be top quality, handcrafted plans that you can follow, combine this with the Exercise Diary and you will see progress almost instantly. The plan will be to have several workouts programmed so that you can chop and change exercises if you don’t like a certain exercise. However, More on this to come.


Something we want to do almost from the start of the year is to have more guest blogs, Get other people to create articles for the site. This allows more knowledge and a wider array of topics to be available on the website. We are currently reaching out to people but if you feel like you would fit then head over to our contact page or Instagram and drop us a message, we would love to hear from all of you. We want to try to bring as many people together and create a huge pool of knowledge!


So that is our plans for this year, loads of things planned and loads of updates are coming! These changes will be coming out in the next  few updates. We will give more information on each update when they get release or close too.
