In this article, we are going to give our opinion/Review some of the Ghost Supplements. We will be reviewing a large selection of the ghost supplements and we will also mention the shaker for good measure. So without further ado let’s begin with the easiest. The Creatine.
Ghost Size - Creatine
Let us start with Ghost Size, Which at its essence is a Creatine. There is much today about this product, it a supplement which delivers you 5g of creatine. They are using two types of creatine in this formula, You get 2.5g of your old School Creatine Monohydrate and you also get 2.5g of a new creatine Hydrochloride, this adds up to give you your 5g of creatine. Let’s get this out there at the start, It is a fairly expensive Creatine. You will be able to find creatine a lot cheaper, a lot cheaper! However, I think this product does live up to the high price.
Alongside the Creatine you also get a few other treats in this formula, You will receive Betaine (2.5g), Beta-Alanine (2g) and also Epicatechin (200mg). So you get a very good panel in this formula. We have noticed that thanks to the Beta-Alanine you definitely can tell when you have taken this supplement.
The powder mixes very well, We got the natural so can’t comment on the flavour (We mix it without Pump). With it mixing well and no flavour you can add it to anything, Shakes, Pre Workout, Drinks or most anything. Making it easier to get your 5g dose.
The thing that stands out the most about this product, and you will read this a lot throughout these reviews, is the packaging, Ghost supplements is leading the field in there packaging, Everything from the Tub to the scoop has been thought out and just looks and feels nice. 10 out of 10 for that.

Ghost Pump - Caffeine Free Pre Workout
I have tried and used many different Pre Workouts, but I have never tried a caffeine-free “Pump” Pre Workout. I chose to try this because during the day and at work I like to have a few cups of coffee and I always like to try to keep my caffeine consumption low. So this supplement looked perfect.
Let’s start with the main selling point, the pump. I can confirm these supplements gives you crazy pumps. The first workout I used it on I decided to train Arms. It gave me the biggest arm pump I have gotten in a very long time. This Pre Workout let me have an amazing workout, got a crazy pump and was aching for many days after!
It gives you these crazy pumps using various chemicals, the main two are Glycerol Power, which is very popular in stimulant-free workouts. In simple terms it increases the Plasma in your blood, sending more fluid to your muscles causing them to swell, which is what we want. The second main ingredient is Arginine Nitrate. Arginine Nitrate is a supplement used for increasing blood flow around the body, this, in turn, helps blood flood the muscle you are training giving you skin bursting pumps. These and the other ingredients help give you insane pumps!
Is the flavour any Good?
Now let’s talk about Flavour, this is an important one that people look for when choosing supplements. I chose the Lemon & Lime flavour. I’ll say it now, great flavour, easy to consume, not to sour not too sweet. Taste like a cocktail or a lemon & Lime squash/Drink. It’s a great flavour and I am excited to try the other flavours!
Again, when it comes to looks, Ghost is the leader in this class. Everything is just perfect. You should never judge a book by its cover, however, if you did this would win every time. As far as to look and feel go, this company can’t go wrong!

Ghost “The Whey” - Whey Protein - Cinnamon Cereal Milk
The flavour is what can only be described as ok, Not great but not bad. We got the Cinnamon Cereal Milk. It was sweet with a strong taste of Cinnamon, but had a weird after taste, Nothing that would stop you drinking it, but not the best Whey protein I have ever had. Would I buy it again? Yes. Would I get the same flavour? Yes. Is it the best tasting protein? No.
Moving on to how it mixes! Nothing worse than a lumpy or powdery shake, well the good news is that you won’t have any of those problems here! Seems to be no matter how short or quickly you shake it you get a lovely smooth shake. I can get the perfect shake every time.
As we have already said many times in these reviews Ghost Supplements packaging is just perfect. I can fault it at all. The look and feel of everything is amazing. Small details like 3d labels on everything from the tub, to custom Ghost scoops.
Not all Good News!
However it is not all good news, The issue I have with not just the Whey but most of the ghost products, is the price, Now I understand, and as I have touched on above, you get the usual flavours and also the amazing packaging, but a tub of whey comes in 2lbs tubs (900g) and for that you get around 28 single scoop servings, now for a 900g tub they are charging £34.99. Which isn’t ridiculous, but for a 900g tub will seem steep to some people.

Ghost “The Whey” - Whey Protein - Milk Chocolate
The flavour is not like normal chocolate protein, it has a “milker” taste. Almost like a cold hot chocolate. Not the best chocolate flavour I have ever tasted but it is up there! As far as flavour is concerned, no complaints at all. If you are new to protein shakes and don’t know what flavour to get, I would highly recommend you try this flavour first! Chocolate is kind of a “Starter” flavour.
How does it mix? As with the Cinnamon flavour above, it mixes perfectly. Every shake I have had is perfectly mixed and I haven’t had any lumps or dry powder that hasn’t mixed (using the Ghost shaker with a mixer ball).
As said previously and is a theme throughout this review, Ghost packaging is just perfect. The look and feel of everything are amazing. Everything from the 3d labels, the scoop and the tub and lid, all perfectly designed.
Again, as with the above, the only bad thing about this protein powder is the price! As with the previous, the price is £34.99 for a 900g tub. Which is a bit high! There are cheaper protein powders out there, and if you go for a cheaper brand you will get double the amount for the same price.
Cheaper is not always Better!
While on the subject of cheaper brands, One thing I will mention is that Ghost supplements Protein doesn’t play my stomach up. I don’t get any kinds of ache or cramps, so for me, personally, I would spend the extra money and be comfortable when drinking it.
What I find myself doing is not using this Whey as a shake, but adding a scoop into my morning porridge. Once mixed in it taste just like Milk Chocolate Oats. Taste amazing! Give it a go.

Ghost “The Whey” - Whey Protein - Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ghost recently dropped their new whey flavour. Chocolate Chip cookie, with real pieces of Chips Ahoy! I had to grab a tub of this as soon as it dropped. It arrived and I have had a couple of shakes and now it’s time to let you all know what we think about it.
This shake tastes amazing! It has a strong cookie flavour and the Chips Ahoy pieces take it to another level. I have all my shakes with water and I have found that for this protein it is just fine with water, most shakes taste “watery” with water but this one is fine!
As with all the Ghost products the packaging is spot on! Amazing looks, feel and design. They always go above and beyond with their packaging.
Again, as with all the products is the price. It is priced at the same price as the other proteins. £34.99 for 900g is a bit steep for most people. No matter how good it tastes!
Macros?
How are the macros? Well they are as follows;
- Kcals: 155
- Protein: 25g
- Carbs: 7g
- Fats: 3g
As you can see, it is higher carb than other shakes, this is down to the real pieces of chips ahoy that are in it. Worth the extra carbs if you ask me!
Has this become my favourite flavour? Yes! Will I be using it full time? No. Due to the price this will remain a “treat” Shake.

Ghost "The Legend" - Pre Workout - Lemon & Lime
The flavour that I bought was the Lemon & Lime, and I have to say that the flavour is amazing! Not to sour, not too strong! Perfect flavour, however, it is different from most lemon and lime flavours. This isn’t your usual lemon and lime flavour, I can’t describe what is different about it, but it tastes different from the other lemon and lime flavoured Pre-workouts I have tried. I prefer a more fruity flavour (Apple or Pineapple) but we will be trying more of their range shortly. Overall, strong flavour and would 100% buy again based on flavour.
As with every product that ghost supplements sells, the look and presentations are just perfect! Once again you get the textured tub and the custom scoop. A nice little extra, but as I have said previously, it could also be the resin for the high price on most of the products, but more on price later.
How does it mix? Very, very well! Almost requires no mixing at all! Add water, two or three shakes and you are good to go! No lumps, perfectly mixed every time.
Well, What about Performance?
How does the pre-workout perform? Let’s start with the “Kick”. The caffeine hits you but doesn’t make you go crazy. Just the right amount of caffeine to “wake” you up and get you focused! Which I like. The next is the “Pump”. This formula does give you a good pump, however, it isn’t the best Pre-workout that I have tried for getting a pump. Saying that, if you pair it with Ghosts Pump formula, then brace yourself for a wicked workout, focused and a huge pump! The last thing is the “tingle”. This sensation is very common and popular with pre-workouts, and people love it, and you will be pleased to know that you will have it with this pre-workout as well. Is it more or less than others? Not really, it is about the same. Overall, this pre-workout is a solid pre, great performance in the gym.
Now, at the time of writing this Pre-workout is priced at £36.99. Which is about average for a Pre-workout. We have said throughout this article that the ghost products are on the higher end of the pricing scale, however, the Pre Workout is priced around the same price as others on the market. Most pre-workouts will be between £30-£40, anymore and I would say not worth buying.

Ghost - Gamer - Sour Watermelon
This is the newest release from Ghost Supplements. It is their “Gamer” formula. What exactly is this? Well, it is a nootropic. It is meant to help with focus and concentration. It is similar to a pre-workout but without the pump and the high caffeine (We will talk about the caffeine content shortly).
The flavour we go was WarHead Sour Watermelon. It wasn’t really that sour, had a hint of sourness, but wasn’t overly sour. However, the watermelon was very strong. It is actually very tasty, rather refreshing. Very pleasant to drink. 10/10 for the flavour, they have smashed it!
As with all the ghost supplements, the packaging is perfect. As always! Textured tub, colourful and a custom scoop. Not much more to say about the packaging without repeating what I have already said above.
The price, as with all the ghost supplement line is fairly high. For 1 tub it is £34.99. Which contains 40 servings (Which is two scoops). There are other nootropics out there that are cheaper and there are also some that are more expensive. I would say this is at the higher end of the budget.
I feel that this supplement did make me more focussed. A short while after drinking it I felt very focussed on the work I was doing (Writing up a blog). I was just focussing on the task, ignoring all outside distractions. Was this a placebo effect? We will never know, however, I will say I got more work done after taking it. It isn’t like a pre-workout or a pump formula. There is caffeine in it but not the same amount as a pre-workout (1 Scoop = 75mg). I still believe that you have to want to do the task, this isn’t a magic formula that will make you a hyper-focus machine, but it will help you keep focused.
Ghost Shaker - A Shaker
The ghost supplements shaker, We just had to order one with our order. There isn’t much to say about the shaker. It is just a shaker, They come in a choice of three colours, we went for the Blue and white (When we went to gather photos for this article they stopped selling the Blue & White shaker.) and it does have a few things going for it.
The first and biggest thing for me is that you can put it in the dishwasher! Which is a massive plus for me as I hate having to hand wash the cheaper shakers. The next good point is that is has a little handle on top. You can use this to carry it around the gym or home. I know what you are thinking but it is more useful than you think, and I find myself using it regularly.
As with all the Ghost supplements products you could argue that the price is a bit steep. A single Shaker will set you back £10. Now I agree this is expensive for a shaker, but after using it for a few weeks, I can say that it is a shaker that will last a long time, and is a shaker that will take a beating before it breaks.

So what do we think?
Now, in conclusion, I am very impressed with the ghost supplements range. The products that we tested all exceeded our expectations. Our only issue with most of the products was the price, buying individual products isn’t so bad but once you add a few of the items to your cart it can start adding up. Apart from price, I have no other complaints, the flavours and the packaging is just perfect, Delivery was quick (We ordered to the UK shop). So the biggest question everyone is asking is will we be putting another order in with them? The answer to that is yes. We have already lined up our next order. We will be trying some more products, maybe a pre-workout or another flavour protein.
